Payments

Safe purchases, protected transactions and the most popular payment methods.

Transaction security
All payments are made over an encrypted connection through Shopify Payments, a system certified to the PCI DSS security standard, and through PayPal. Your card details are handled by the payment system and are never visible to us or stored on our systems. When required by your bank, the payment is confirmed with 3D Secure authentication.

Currency and prices
All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT. The total amount, including shipping costs, is always shown before you confirm the order. For shipments outside the European Union, any duties and import taxes are paid by the recipient (see the Shipping page).

When the amount is charged
The amount is charged when the order is confirmed. You will receive a summary email with the details of your purchase.

Refunds
In the event of a return or cancellation, the refund is issued with the same method used for payment. The time it takes to appear on your account depends on your bank or PayPal, usually 5–10 business days.

Invoice
If you need an invoice, write to us within 48 hours of your order from the Contact page, stating your order number and your details: name or company name, address, tax code or VAT number, and SDI code or PEC address if you are an Italian company.
