Shipping
We prepare every order with care in our laboratory and hand it over to a tracked courier.
Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the parcel is handed over to the courier.
Delivery costs and times
– Italy: 3–5 business days · €5.90, free on orders from €79
– European Union: 5–8 business days · €14.99
– Switzerland and United Kingdom: 5–8 business days · €25
– United States, Canada, Australia and rest of the world: 10–21 business days · cost calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order
Delivery times start when the parcel is handed over to the courier and do not include the day of the order or the processing time. Islands and less-served areas may require 1–2 extra days.
Shipping outside the European Union
For shipments outside the European Union, any duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees are paid by the recipient and are not included in the price. We recommend checking with the customs authorities of your country before ordering. If you refuse the parcel or do not pay the duties, the parcel is returned to us: in that case the shipping and return costs are not refundable.
Tracking
You can follow your parcel with the link in the shipping email. If the tracking has not been updated after 5 business days, write to us: we will check with the courier.
Failed delivery
If you are not at home, the courier may leave the parcel with a neighbor or try again on the following days. Please give an address where someone can receive the parcel during the day and a correct phone number. If the parcel is returned to us because of a wrong address or because it was not collected, the new shipment is at your expense.
Damaged parcel
If the parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and its contents before throwing anything away and write to us within 48 hours of delivery. If you are asked to sign, sign with the words “accepted subject to inspection”. We will find a solution together.
