Red is a 100% plant-based powder hair color, designed to light up your hair with a vibrant, deep and sophisticated red, with full respect for the balance of your hair.

In contact with hot water, the ultra-fine powders turn into a soft, fragrant and creamy paste, comfortable on the scalp and easy to apply. The botanical pigments of Lawsonia, Madder, Hibiscus and Logwood do not alter your natural melanin: they build up in layers on the keratin with rich tones that shimmer in the sunlight, giving a fiery, three-dimensional shade that chemistry cannot replicate.

As the color sets, the herbal synergy acts like a true restructuring and soothing mask: Marshmallow, Baobab and Fenugreek hydrate the fiber and eliminate the typical post-henna dryness, leaving your hair plumped, smooth, wonderfully silky and shiny from the very first application.

How to Use

Step 1: Mixing
In a bowl, combine the powder with hot water. Mix carefully until you get a fluid, smooth, velvety cream, with the ideal consistency for precise application.

Step 2: Application
Spread the mixture evenly over washed, well towel-dried hair. Apply carefully starting from the roots and continue along the lengths, distributing the product with your hands (wearing gloves) or with a brush.

Step 3: Processing Time
Wrap your hair in a reusable cap or plastic wrap to keep the mixture moist. Leave on for as long as needed, depending on the intensity of the tone you want and your starting base.

Step 4: Rinsing
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water only, gently massaging the scalp until the water runs completely clear. To seal the pigments and give maximum shine, finish by applying the Color-Fixing Conditioner.

My Tip

The red of pure henna is vivid, and it changes. Right after rinsing it's bright, almost orange; over the next two days it oxidizes, darkens and becomes the deep red you're looking for. That's why I ask for patience: don't wash your hair for 48 hours and only judge the color after that. On gray hair the red will be brighter than on the rest of your hair: that's normal.
