Walnut Hull
Walnut Hull
-
Color as a Work of Art
An eclectic blend designed to release rich, deep, multidimensional shades. Not simple coverage, but a play of tailored tones that enhances the uniqueness of every face.
-
Plumps the Hair Structure
Thanks to the plumping properties of Baobab and Methi, the hair fiber regains body, volume and a defined texture. Color becomes the shape that sculpts your hair.
-
The Architecture of Light
The herbs work in perfect synergy to hydrate and illuminate the surface of the hair, reflecting natural light like a painting on canvas.

Time ripens the noblest tones of the earth.
Walnut Hull is a pure 100% plant-based powder, obtained from the hull of Juglans Regia L., designed to enrich your hair with warm, amber and deep brown tones with the utmost respect for the fiber.
In contact with hot water, the finely micronized powder releases a soft, fragrant and enveloping paste, ideal for use on its own or blended with other herbal dyes. Its natural tannins settle on the surface of the hair shaft, toning the lengths with subtle yet full-bodied brown nuances, perfect for softening unwanted, overly bright tones and adding dimension to dark or dark blonde bases.
Beyond its toning action, Walnut Hull works as a valuable astringent and shine treatment: it tightens the keratin cuticles, gently purifies the scalp and restores texture and fullness to the hair fiber, leaving your hair visibly revitalized, elastic and naturally shiny.

How to Use
Step 1: Mixing
In a bowl, combine the powder with hot water. Mix carefully until you get a fluid, smooth, velvety cream, with the ideal consistency for precise application.
Step 2: Application
Spread the mixture evenly over washed, well towel-dried hair. Apply carefully starting from the roots and continue along the lengths, distributing the product with your hands (wearing gloves) or with a brush.
Step 3: Processing Time
Wrap your hair in a reusable cap or plastic wrap to keep the mixture moist. Leave on for as long as needed, depending on the intensity of the tone you want and your starting base.
Step 4: Rinsing
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water only, gently massaging the scalp until the water runs completely clear. To seal the pigments and give maximum shine, finish by applying the Color-Fixing Conditioner.
My Tip
Walnut hull is one of my most precious tools in the salon. I use it to tone down a copper that has become too bright, to warm up a flat brown, or to add depth to sun-lightened lengths. It's a gentle correction: if you're not sure about the result, start with a short processing time and extend it next time.
